Our Story
Tecas Tacos was founded by my father and mother who wanted to bring the flavors of Mexican cuisine to the streets. Food truck is ran by Ruben Barajas (son) for the past 15 years . I have taken over the seasoning that my dad once taught me. We started small, serving our delicious foods at local events and festivals. Today, we are one of the most popular food trucks Westchester County. serving a variety of authentic Mexican dishes that are made from scratch using fresh and locally sourced ingredients.
